Young people’s counselling

Older teens and young people need to be respected for the emerging adults they are. Our young people’s counselling service is specifically designed to offer support to young people between the ages of 15 and 21, as they transition into adulthood.

Sessions take a place in a more conventional counselling space than creative arts therapy and may feel and look similar to traditional adult counselling. However, our young people’s counsellors have the skills to work creatively and flexibly, and will adapt their style and approach depending on what the young person needs.

Support for young people

We offer young people a total of 20 sessions of counselling. Sessions are face to face at our London office and are 45 minutes long

Our young people’s counselling service is staffed by trained and experienced volunteer counsellors and counsellors on placement. If you would like to be part of our young people’s counselling service please click here to learn more
