Counselling

Our free counselling service provides a safe, confidential, non-judgmental space to help parents/carers feel supported and listened to.

We offer face to face counselling in South East London and South East Wales and online counselling nationwide.

Support for you

We understand the impact that sexual abuse can have on you and your family. You may find yourself in an isolated position trying to deal with life changes and cope with feelings of loss, guilt, anger and anxiety.

Counselling can help you process what has happened and empower you to move forwards and make positive changes in your life.

Our one-to-one counselling sessions give you space to:

  • Talk and be listened to

  • Explore your experiences

  • Understand your feelings
