Wellness and creative arts workshops

London and Cardiff

Our in-person wellness workshops, held in both London and Wales, are designed to support parents and caregivers by promoting emotional wellbeing and self-care in a calm, nurturing environment. 

These 2 hour sessions offer a safe and supportive space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect through a variety of creative and restorative activities, for example:

  • Wellbeing practices – Simple, guided techniques to help manage stress, build resilience, and foster a sense of calm and balance.

  • Journaling – Thoughtfully structured prompts to encourage reflection, emotional expression, and personal insight.

  • Sensory calmness techniques – Activities that help ground the body and mind, using soothing textures, sounds, and movements to reduce anxiety and promote relaxation.

  • Creative arts – Gentle, expressive art-based activities designed to support healing, self-discovery, and connection with others in a non-verbal way.

These events not only provide moments of peace and self-nurture, but also opportunities to meet others with shared experiences, helping reduce feelings of isolation and build community in a safe and understanding setting.
